Do you charge a retainer?
No. Arogom GTM is contingency-only — there's no retainer and no upfront cost. You only pay a fee if you hire someone we source.
What happens if a search doesn't result in a hire?
You don't owe us anything. Our fee is due only when you make a hire from candidates we deliver.
What roles do you place?
Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, sales leadership (VP Sales, Head of Sales, CRO), RevOps, sales engineering, and partnerships/channel roles. We don't place marketing or creative roles — that's a separate Arogom vertical.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
If someone we place leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause within 180 days of their start date, we run one replacement search at no extra fee.

How does the referral program work?
